Bialetti Stove Top Cappuccino Maker

Ordered one of these just after Christmas, I fancied a coffee machine, don't drink much coffee (more tea and wine!) but every so often like a cappuccino. I looked in the sales for an electric one - like a Gaggia but cheaper! Even the lesser know brands were quite expensive but then a friend whose a chef recommended a Bialetti. Apparently all italians use it - for espresso - but they now make a cappuccino one.

It sits on the stove, water in the bottom then coffee in the filter in the middle and milk in the top. I was a bit sceptical but have just used it....and it works a treat!!!

And only about £40...

If you're thinking about a coffee machine take a look at this. Cheap (er), works and takes up less space.

I have a much clunkier 20 year old espresso only machine working on the same principle. It makes great coffee and has a milk frother on the side should you want to froth for cappuccino. That one looks great
