Hair extensions?

Hi. Where do we stand on the following.

We are getting married this sat and the missus brought sum blonde hair extensions and glue to be fixed in. So she got sum1 2 to it for her last monday to see if they where ok but the women in the shop sold her black glue not clear glue for blonde hair.
She went back to the shop and they told her that she wud have to get sum glue remover but if that didnt get rid of the black glue there is nothing they can do.
So thats £60 down the drain or is there anything else we can do.

Re: Hair extensions?

If it's just for the day why didn't she get clip-ons? A lot easier, the glue-ons wreck the hair and it has to be redone after a few weeks.

get the glue remover I suppose?

Re: Hair extensions?

If the glue is anything like what my ex had take a pair of straighteners to it, they'll fall out in no time (along with your hair)

Re: Hair extensions?

Citizens Advice ?
If the seller was aware the glue was for use on blonde hair/extensions , and provided that for black, it was not suitable for purpose and was missold.
Local paper, naming the supplier ?
