40 new users registered on Xmas Day

And this was by 09.00. Amazed. Do you think that they had their registrations as cheapo (sorry - wonderful, innovative, thought-provoking, witty, extremely useful and cost effective) christmas presents?

At least they're not as sad as me, logging on on Christmas morning just to get out of cooking the turkey.

Happy Christmas, and welcome to the newbies - this forum is all I said above and more.

Welcome, boys and girls, to the AVF panto.

I've got my bird out, she's coming to room temperature. Time to give my spuds a scrub before I drizzle em with goose fat.

Happy christmas guys

Well the answer is:

Plasma (LCDs suck)
360 + Wii (about the same price as a PS3) and covers all !

And you dont need a HDMI lead costing £100!

...Cue the LCD/PS3/1080p fanboys rant...

(Will appear under this text)

Re: 40 new users registered on Xmas Day

Currently, ~330 users per day sign up here. That's a rate of 120,000 new members a year.

Re: 40 new users registered on Xmas Day

I have a mate who does the warranty work for comet re-crystalizing LCD screens if anyones interested.

He will also re-colour the pixels if you have any that arent quite red, blue or green enough (He has 3 pencils in his tool box)
