Shopto have forums on their site I think. Might be worth posting a concern with the way you were treated on that. I think the owner reads those forums so hopefully you can get some more constructive dialogue that way. just a suggestion.

To be honest, their entire site irritates me. I was lured in because of the cheap prices, and they're fine until something goes wrong. Because they send everything recorded delivery, they don't expect an order to go missing. I spoke to 3 different people and they all fobbed me off with another story.

I asked to speak to Darren who I spoke to originally, and he said, "You don't need to speak to him."

I had an order go missing before. All they asked was to fill in the form on their site and they immediately sent me a replacement, which I had 2 days later.

I also had a few queries about items coming into stock, prices, etc. and when I've called always had top-notch service.

I know it's not justified, but the Christmas rush is probably getting to them. They're a small company and are probably overrun. Still, every customer should get the same service regardless.

I've found not a bad experience to be had in my opinion, but sadly things do happen, and sadly you sometimes get put through to some numpties anywhere you call for help. Your experience is with ShopTo, mine's with Gamestation (but that's another story.) It really does suck it happens though.

Well with my experience it's only good to say about them.. Not only are they cheaper than other online retailers they are faster also. I ordered several things this week and all have shipped same day and arrived next day.

Fast, cheap is great. But not had any problems so can't comment on CS yet.

But I concur there Website needs a re-design it's all over the place.

I ordered from them and received delivery recorded in 2 days. so my experience is a positive one, sorry to hear that you have had problems. If I were you I would write a letter to the customer service manager.

Another +1 fro me for Shopto, I would say 90% of the software I purchase is from them and have never had an issue with them. I can only assume Kryptix, that being one of the busiest time of year for them they are a bit stretched. I would be very surprised if they do not resolve your issue once the holiday period is over.

Both my LBP and Motorstorm 2 orders went "missing" in the post - some postie is probably playing them as we speak

Sent the lost parcel claim form to them (Friday) and the games were redespatched the same day and both arrived Monday (22nd December)

Preorder of Resistance 2 was shipped last night AND arrived today

Superb service and will DEFINATELY be using them again

As I said, ShopTo.net has been fine for delivering stuff, but just wait until something doesn't arrive (or arrives empty), and see how much you rate their service to get your refund.

It really is getting beyond a joke now.
