Thanks: Gave 1,464, Got 2,444 | LGS's Christmas Booze
The fellow stacking the shelves in Sainsbury this morning must have wondered what I was doing as I started taking photos of the booze on the shelves.
As soon as I saw the XXXX packaging I immediately thought of LGS

It's just word association as no-one else uses the word poncey like LGS does

£9.98 a case!
No way would LGS pay that when you can get Spar Lager for half the price!

Bah Humbug!!

Must say I do feel honoured once again that .A second thread started with my abbreviated name in the title .I am beginning to wonder what i have done to deserve such an accolade
as to the subject matter, the irony is that I am quite poncey about beer, generally prefering proper traditional ale. If I am to drink lager it has to be one of those special bottled ones from Germany like Holsten Pils. There is no way on earth I would drink Fosters or XXXX ( yeuk!)
it has been suggested to me that I should use that packaging as my avatar. Not a bad idea I thought. How would I go about doing that?It would nee d to be cropped first
