Recommend me an electric quad please?

Hello all, I need to buy an electric quad bike for my 3 year old son, does anyone know of anywhere good to get one, which ones are good, or which ones to avoid. Are there a lot of cheap Chinese ones, in the same way as pit/monkey bikes?
Any advice appreciated, cheers.

I bought a 'Flame' quad from halfords, was reduced down to £72, pretty good value for a 12v, seems to be ok so far, except one of the accelerator pedals doesnt work.
