Looking at this months quidco I have recieved money from 2 orders that I canceled for the amount of £25, I have also recieved £25 for my 02 broadband but I got this payment last month after reporting to them that my money did not track after I made the order. If it says recieved does it mean that I will definatly get this money or can they still refuse, I don't want my quidco to be suspended/canceled because of money that I have recieved that I was not supposed to. I will report this to quidco but the last time it took about a month to get any sort of reply and I will have been paid by then.

I have been paid for many cancelled orders, but I have also had several transactions untracked or declined ... so I wouldn't bother reporting this

your account certainly won't be cancelled or suspended and you should recieve the "received" money
