How to remove clippings from old scrapbook?

I would like to remove old clippings I pasted into a scrapbook several years ago, but I don't know how to go about it without damaging them. I used Pritt Stick, so that's bound to be tricky. Can I use steam, or would it damage the paper?

Re: How to remove clippings from old scrapbook?

There is something called 'scrappers solution' , its used for removing sticky stuff from photos ect...i think its only available in the States but you can find it on the 'bay' too
not sure if placing a towel over the photo and ironing it would make the pritt melt and then you'd be able to get it off

hope you find a solution

Re: How to remove clippings from old scrapbook?

Well, it wasn't photos but pages from magazines, which you can imagine would be easily torn. But I managed to remove the pages I wanted without too much damage, and everything is now safely secured in a nice plastic display book.
