Rising Prices.

Today I got a letter telling me that gas and electricity prices are on the rise again, 29.2% On gas and 19.2% on electricity on avarage, I can't afford rising prices on anything since im job hunting

Yea ive done all that stuff, Now with scottish hydro electric, I honeslty can't afford jack, Been living off a tin of sweetcorn for 2 days.

If you're struggling switch from DD to quaterly payments. Once the Bill arrives take 30 days to pay and then pay minimum payment off bill (I think it's 30%). That will fend them off for another 30 or so days. Should give you a while to find a job. When I was a student I didn't pay a leccy bill for 5 months using this technique. I had to pay in the end of course, it bought me some time though.
