hardly paypal or ebays fault so the titles a bit misleading
cant see how its the sellers fault either as they have posted it (something) just make sure the address sent to was correct
Was it insured? I normally pay the seller the few quid extra to get insurance as I have had alot of things go missing or busted, especially by parcelfarce
I would assume royal mail has some procedure for checking into this?
