Why doesnt tarzan have a beard?

Can anyone think of anything else unexplainable?

go on then ,ill stick my neck out,a lot of native tribes living in jungles do not have beards,(waiting to be proved wrong)i think there was a recent tribe who lived in the amazon had no contact with outside (civalisation?)contact but did not have beards maybe the disposable razor is not a new invention.but to be honest i give in.why didnt tarzan have a beard? awaiting punchline .but then again, have you ever seen a native red indian with a beard?

When Tarzans plane crashed in the jungle and his parents were killed along with the crew leaving only him their was a terrible fire but tarzan managed to only get burnt in a beard pattern thus stunting any growth of facial hair.

lucky for him the monkeys managed to put out the fire with some bark soaked in fermented banana water, which it turns out help prevent scarring!
