Power of video

Heard the song "Drive " by the cars today, got me thinking about the video they played during Band aid 85, Have to admit I cried when i saw it, very powerful...just wondering what other videos have affected you strongly......

Great combination of video and music to get a message across,Helped raise millions when shown.

Re: Power of video

The NSPCC is my favourite charity and I do various bits for their benefit. They have loads of poignant videos but this one is the most controversial, I think... it certainly gets me emotional every time .......

Re: Power of video

only thing i can say about those videos is they are all f'd up, how can we live in a world like this? i guess its due to ignorance. thankyou for bringing the videos to my attention, i had no idea that that kind of thing even happened anymore with animals.

makes me feel guilty for moaning about taxes.

id love to donate to charity, but after working for them i know how they like to waste money and overpay their employees. hopefully when im older and can afford to go abroad and take direct action I will. its all to easy to throw money at a problem to ease your conscience, but its a completely different thing to actually get off your arse and do something about it
