Recommend a decent IR CCTV camera at a good price?

As the title suggests, I'm looking for a decent IR CCTV camera. It must be discrete, have a clear, sharp image both day and night, and the nighttime image bust be clearly visible up to about 15 feet. I bought one from Maplin a few days ago that claimed to do all these things but was a huge letdown with daytime images blurred, although bright enough, and nighttime images very poorly lit.

Can anyone suggest such a camera and where to get it at a decent price, I'd appreciate it.
