Microphones ..

Hey - so I'm considering publishing a few podcasts in the not too distant future and I was looking for any recommendations on Microphones. I'll be plugging this into my iMac ...

cheers,

Nige

I bought a coupla tie clip mikes off ebay cost about minus 3 pence each came from hong kong within a week seriousely..

however I feel as a muso myself that you need to try out a few in a music store (pro audio preferably) and see which gives you the sound that you want prices go from little to new house so take your pick
sure sm58 mics are used by most bands that you find playing around the country unless they are a supergroup and even then who knows???!!!

Good luck IT really is personal choice

*EDIT* am sure you could ask this at www.soundonsound.com for a more pro answer *EDIT*

just seen your sig... try digital village in cambridge I bought a fair bit of studio kit there once ages ago
