Globes!

Hello!

I love travelling, and a while back I "invented" what I thought was a wonderful product - a large-ish globe, which you could stick magnetic markers on (a bit like push-pins), to show where you'd been. Then you could whirl it around, and show people where you'd been, without the markers coming off or getting jammed in the workings, or suchlike.

Anyway, I say "invented", because when I went to see "Jumper" a few weeks ago, Hayden Christensen has exactly one of these items in his apartment.

So, my question is, where the hell do I buy one??

Re: Globes!

Older globes were usually made of metal. Get a secondhand one and add your own little magnets to taste. There are umpteen styles, colours and sizes of magnet for business notice boards. Look for office supplies in your area or online once you've found your globe. Can't help with the commercial product you've asked about, I'm afraid.
