Tip of the day

I figured with so many knowledgeable people on here we might start a "tip of the day thread", or indeed a tip of the moment one if it becomes popular

My first:

Good old vinegar to clean that scaly shower handset/head. Just remove said item and leave it in a bowl of vinegar for a few hours, then a gentle go with a scrubbing brush and hey presto. One shiny new handset

Re: Tip of the day

Use cheap hairspray to remove biro from leather, obviously test an inconspicuous area first.

Re: Tip of the day

Save time typing in long web addresses into internet explorer, or having to point the mouse to favorites, and then select it.

To Do :-

Keep your shortcut's names short.
Press Alt + D
Enter the name of your shortcut (autotype will usually suggest it for you once you start typing it)
Hit RETURN
