Karcher Foaming Lance

Been looking at foaming lances for my Karcher Pressure Washer ever since reading this thread.
The karcher one can be had for 14.99 in halfords.

But i have seen videos on youtube like this

and was wondering if the Karcher one can reproduce the thick foam that these ones in the video can reproduce.

These in the videos are £49.99+ and while they look to do the a brill job of creating a shaving foam like substance if the Karcher on can get good foam thickness i dont see the point in spending a lot on one of these others.

So if anyone has a Karcher can they give some info on its capabilities ?

Re: Karcher Foaming Lance

Won't do shaving foam , but I use mine and it does the job fine . Would love a foam lance , but can't justify the cost.
I have read that a mod can be done to the Karcher bottle to improve the thickness of the foam , But can't find the article anywhere

Re: Karcher Foaming Lance

I have the latter £44 version. Its fantastic. Real thick foam job which is great as your supposed to leave it to dwell for 10 mins to remove the dirt. surely foam of a thinner consistency would run off alot quicker and not really do the same job? It also has a 1litre bottle which i always use the full amount of in one car cleaning session whereas the karcher chamber is tiny.

Re: Karcher Foaming Lance

Whilst I would normally buy from CYC this is a better deal. Comes with a 1Ltr bottle too. Mine arrived on Saturday. Might have a play later if I get the time.
