How should I handle this problem?

1.5 years ago i purchased a 20.1" phlilips monitor. THe good new is, it had a 3 year warranty. But the problem im experiencing now is that 4 weeks after logging the complaint to Philips they still havent collected the unit and replaced it with a swap ( something they told me on the phone ), but they keep telling me theyre waiting on some supplier to phone me which still hasnt happened.

And im loosing a little patience now as 4 weeks is a little unreasonable to wait for a swap unit. Any advice on this would be appreaciated.
