VIRGIN -Fuel Surcharge Refund-ST LUCIA

Anyone know if the £10 refund per journey for long haul flights will apply to only USA flights ?

As the judgement was from the USA I am wondering whether they will only apply the refund to that country.

I did a St Lucia flight with Virgin Atlantic.
