Plus any forum that i am into at that moment in time

My regulars are Sky HD,Plasma's,and of course Gen chat.Logging in quite often browsing.

On a side note - sometimes I spot a person with 10k or so posts who I have never come across before because we post in completly different forums - I always find that quite interesting.

Re: Which part and/or sub forum of avforums do you spend most time in?

I came for the AV as the title suggests because of my interest in AV-Hi-Def. Now I've got my gear sorted it's TV and Film. To Sing400 I'm still concerned about the logos and to Ron.... I can't remember, getting too old, who are you?

All the best

Re: Which part and/or sub forum of avforums do you spend most time in?

When I joined originally I spent most of my time in the LCD forum. At that time I also spent a fair bit of time reading up on Home Cinema builds, whetting my appetite which has yet to be truly satisfied.

Nowadays mostly I'm here in GC, or the Sport forum. I can also be found lurking around the Mobile phone and Sat Nav forums, but rarely post in these. Other favourite haunts are the PSP forum and the classifieds (price checking on things I can't afford )

My final hiding place is in the casino trying in vain for that Royal Flush

Re: Which part and/or sub forum of avforums do you spend most time in?

Strangely enough, the PS3 section.

Started in the LCD forum but now don't spend any time there, but that may change soon as I feelanother TV purchase coming on.

The sports and GC sections seem to be quite a common hangout now too.

Re: Which part and/or sub forum of avforums do you spend most time in?

When I first joined I spent an inordinate amount of time in the LCD forum arguing with Prof as to whether LCD was better than CRT - happy times.

1500ish posts later and I discovered General Chat.............and have been here ever since , well here and in the sports forums.

I still frequent the av side of the forums when I am buying some new kit, also spend quite a lot of time in the movie/tv/music forums.

There are many little sub-forums which I do enjoy visiting - namely : photography, members home cinema galleries, and avforums feedback.

Recently I seem to be spending quite a lot of time in the PS3 gaming clans forum - where I have recently joined the Fifa08 league.

I think the forums are great and there is something for everyone

Initially I joined for the plasma forum after I started reading Home Cinema Choice. These days I can be found in the Mobiles, Motoring, Mac and of course the general forums.

Re: Which part and/or sub forum of avforums do you spend most time in?

Initially I always read the LCD and Plasma sections, but now I only visit the photography forum, occasionaly general chat and I have the odd look in the Mac OS and Hardware forum to see what peoples' thoughts are on things.

Is there anyone else in the same situation as myself in which when you first joined you basically knew all there was to know about the latest LCD and Plasma TVs, which were considered "the best" and you could give advice on what to buy. But now you have hardly any idea what the best TVs are, and dont have a clue on the latest model numbers etc?

I'm hardly up to date with that side of things at all, I know all the latest camera news and Mac news though. Interesting

Scharf.

Re: Which part and/or sub forum of avforums do you spend most time in?

Started out on LCD/Plasma, then DVD player / Surround Sound and now mainly PS3, General chat and Movies. I seem to stumble across interesting sub forums all the time the wife is always banging on at me for spending so much time on avforums!!

Also i find myself seeing a few people who have been members for years and have like less than 50 posts - how do you do it !!

Great web site that would be my homepage if Google hadnt been invented
