Msn Alerts not working!!!

The only alerts I get sent are the MSN News ones, none of the others arrive, to be honest I don't think they are even sent, I have set it all up correctly, so problem on their end, who would I get into contact with to sort it out?, Microsoft Provide the Alert Service but the individual sites are responsible for sending out the alerts...

Them other alerts never worked in the first place, only the MSN one, when you sign up for them they send you an email to confirm and that's all I got...

I hate when you problems like this arise which are of no fault of your own but then you have no clue where to get help from as most people wouldn't have a clue about MSN Alerts..

If you want to test it out for me then http://alerts.live.com/Alerts/Default.aspx
