FYI, he does one of these every year.

I guess they are probably all around on youtube somewhere.

I remember seeing a very good one where he did a film about what he and Balmer did in the office all day. Basically he had an inflatable model of himself sat behind a desk, whilst he and Balmer went out skateboarding...
