Bit of a long shot but does anybody happen to know the artist and title of the music that they play at the end of a game of darts in the league televised on Sky.

Thank you very much. That is indeed the track. Just need to figure which version they use on the darts as it's instrumental and the version I've just downloaded from Itunes is the one with lyrics.
