Quidco & Prudential

I took out a Prudential Car Insurance policy at the beginning of September through Quidco. At the time they were doing £130 cashback.

My quidco account has said validated for over a month now and the expected payment date should be November. But there has been no payment yet.

When I try to query the earnings in the contact us section, I choose Prudential in the drop down box and click next but nothing happens. I believe it supposed to bring up a list of transactions for you to choose to query.

Does this mean I am not getting the money?

Have you checked if the payment date has changed as this happens often
- you can view all transactions at https://www.quidco.com/earnings/transactions/all/GBP
(though you're probably doing this already)

As it tracked and validated, it should really pay out eventually (and they usually state '~ Month X', i.e. approximate month of payment )... it may be that they're pooling all November payouts until the end of the month when you'll receive your monthly paypal or BACS payment. They usually sum up all my payments of the month and make one BACS transfer at the end of the month.

Re: Quidco & Prudential

Thanks Krish

I am worried because you cannot query any transactions thats were made more than 3 months ago and it will be 3 months soon.

Also when I try to query online using the contact us form, Prudential is in the drop down box but when you click "next" nothing happens. It did something the other day but now does nothing. It should show you a list of transactions with that company.

Re: Quidco & Prudential

I took out Prudential health insurance throught topcashback and they did take around 4 months to pay up.

I think they want to make sure you don't cancel before paying up...
