Christmas approaches

As people start to fill themselves with the approaching Christmas spirit, I was wondering if there is any mileage in making everyone agree to make sure their posts are sensible and nice. An AVForums Sanity Clause.

I know as jokes go its as old as the hills, but its still got mileage.

I'll go now.

Christmas is a wonderful thing for lovers of it, also for dislikers(like me) ! ! !
then there are the inbetween people like you

Lovers of Xmas : the whole thing, even the stress and rushing around, is a joyous experience and all is forgiven when the festivities start

Dislikers of Xmas : Me I don't decorate or buy pressies or send cards or rush around like a mainac trying to get ready for it. I just enjoy the festivities

P.S. I am ready for Xmas

Re: Christmas approaches

Xmas annoys the hell out of me, why can't it be like when I was little (get loads of presents and buy none) :P

I'm skint already, xmas is just going to hurt

But a nice xmas dinner certainly won't go amiss!

Re: Christmas approaches

The wife wants to put the tree up, claiming 'i feel in the christmas spirit' .

It's really because her friend has the full decorations up already.

I've told her she can have it up the week before christmas, it gets in the way of the speakers
