3 Dream cities ?

We were talking about this yesterday in the office so I thought I would ask you peeps. If money was no object and you had to choose any 3 cities in the world to travel to, where would they be and why.
Mine are
  1. New York, Ive allways wanted to go especially around Christmas time
  2. Toyko, Nice to see what the future is like, plus Tokyo National Museum etc.
  3. Las Vegas, cheesy and tacky I know but I assume since money was no object i would have plenty to gamble with, Vegas baby!

Re: 3 Dream cities ?

1. New York - same reason as daveaka

2. Kuala Lumpur (SP?) - heard it's the place to buy toys!!

3. Aukland - one day I'll visit new Zealand!!

I'm sure I could come up with others if I gave it some thought.

Anyway, (no order)

1. Tokyo (for trainers, cityscape, clothing, toys, and lifestyle)

2. Amsterdam (because I havn't been, I want to go for obvious reasons)

3. Rio de Janerio (because I went to Brazil once (Natal) and it was awesome, so I want to visit the capital)

Re: 3 Dream cities ?

Las Vegas - For the all out bonkers parties, and fantastic weather...and experiences of a lifetime, hire a Ferrari 360 and drive out to the Hoover Dam.

New York - For the food.

Shanghai - China is awesome and this is the most awesome place in China. (Hong Kong came very close to being the 3rd, just for the view over Kowloon bay at night)..

Sidney, Australia.

Paris, France.

New York, New York.

Mind you, I would have to get a passport as I have never had one.

I think the european union intervened and said they had to ban it completely or not all..... contravenes human rights or something?

Id like to go to Tokyo, Reykjavik and Shanghai (am going there next easter )

The best cities ive been to so far are Barcelona, Bruges, and Krakow

Re: 3 Dream cities ?

Was thinking 'bout taking Mrs CFC (and CFC2 & CFC3) to N.Y. for a few days next May for her "milestone" birthday! I will most probably book flights seperately, but considering there are so many hotels seemingly battling for my dough, I can't believe the prices! ... I've been having a look around tonight, and am staring at a £grand for anything half decent for 5 nights!
Am I now such a seasoned Ebeneezer, that I've lost track of proper hotel prices, or is this really the going rate?

Oh yeah... Sydney and Tokyo also!
