Am I being paranoid ?

Strange question
Last Wednesday afternoon I called into a local pub that I haven't been in for about 8 years to ask them if they had Sky Sports for the England match and had a short chat with the landlord about this and if any other local pubs had Sky.
I see today on a local news website that the landlord was tied up and robbed in the pub this morning by 2 people, one of which is described as 5'8" and stocky - which basically describes me ! I mentioned this to my mate tonight and said "I hope he doesn't put 2 and 2 together and make 5" and my mate reckons it might be worth phoning the police to mention this. This got me worrying about it, which is stupid as it happened at 8am this morning and I was posting on here at 11 minutes past
What would you do ?

and with the way the court system is just now, you will probably get 45 years hard labour! unless you actually kill someone where it is significantly reduced to about 2!

Well the police have got to be seen to do something... Maybe she's the getaway driver?

As a side note I got one of the probationers to phone a number yesterday and ask to speak to DC Ten. The number was Heathrow CID.... Still makes me chuckle....

Look on the bright side - it's only robbery, possibly armed and with violence. With the prisons full up, you'll probably get an hour of Community Service or similar.
