Hotel West Yorkshire area

Hi. I need to have a business meeting in the West Yorkshire area, Huddersfield of thereabouts. Can someone recommend a good hotel, not too expensive, ample parking, bar, and it must have one or two decent Indian Restaurants within staggering distance.

Thanks.

You could try the George Hotel which is right in the middle of Huddersfield.

It's adequate and the rooms are clean and tidy...decent breakfast and the bar is OK.

Balooshi is a very busy but tiny indian restaurant nearby and needs to be booked, and opposite is Jumbo...a huge chinese buffet..all you can eat for about £7.

www.virtualhuddersfield.com for restaurants etc

If you want somewhere a bit further out but rather nicer, the Woodman Inn at Thunderbridge has loads of parking, good food and nice bars....but no restaurants nearby.
