Im going to get a cat when ive settled into my new house

out of interest anyone have a cat and a bearded dragon? my future lodger has a bearded dragon and im worried about coming home to find it decapitated.

Was gonna get a rescue cat, looking for a really lazy middle aged non scratcher? Anyone recomend any cat re-homing groups in the south east?
