Oh for the love of god why do I bother!

Last time I ordered from them it took 3 days to get a 'next day' parcel to me, this time it's taken *7* days

The annoying thing is they don't seem to give a monkeys, as far as they are concerned it's ok to walk the bleeding parcel to me. I mean come on are they using horse n cart couriers or what

Is it just me who suffers at their hands

Never heard of them, but if they're using Royal Mail, their service is really slow since the strikes.

I've had no problems at all with them. i only ever have standard delivery but generally takes 5 days to arrive
