iPod Touch question

ive seen previews and read the features of this amazing gadget. but my question is can you upload MP3 files other than downloaded from the iTunes website? or is it still DRM-locked?

Yes you can upload any mp3 file you have stored on your computer in the same way as you can with normal iPods.
