Copyright question

I have made a short slideshow which I would like to put out on a forum, however it contains the track whats new pussycat (Tom Jones) The label at the time was Decca. Any ideas who else I could contact to get copyright? Or should I write to the TJ fan club?

You could start with the Mechanical Copyright Protection Society...
