Re: A 360 bargain.

For those that haven't seen all the questions and answers on this listing, here they are:

Q: Iv just been to Tesco and they seem to have loads of boxes same as yours but Tescos own brand. They dont seem to have disclaimer about not being able to play DVDs or CD and at less than £2 with six free eggs they must be the next model up from the one you have on here. can yours be upgraded to the same specs.

A: Hi, You've answered your own question there, you say Tesco have "loads".... this is a true one off. In my opinion the Tesco ones are just a cheep copy and a yolk!

Q: Does this Eggbox 360 have standard PAL output or is the signal scrambled? Thanks

A: Hi, This is the top of the range Egg Box 360 so you can have it any way you like. One of the bonus features also enable you to not play this "console" outdoors, in the summer, by using the sunny side up option.

Q: Hi, I am very interested in buying this for my son, however I have also seen the 'chicken station 3', which they are selling at my local farmfoods. I want to buy him the very latest one so could you tell me which came first, the chicken or the egg???

A: Hi, The chicken station 3 came first, you will however know that the one that comes first isn't always the best! Many thanks for the interest.

Q: I am going on holiday and thought I could take it this with me as I dont want to play games or listen to CDs. Could you please tell me what power source it takes when not playing DVDs on it, is it 240 mains or Battery Hens

A: Hi, Good question :o) The beauty of this product is that you can use either mains or battery hens and you will not notice any difference in either non-game play or the high quality silence it produces. Hope you have a cracking holiday.

Q: Is is HP ready?

A: Hi, Yes I can confirm this is HP ready!

Q: hi. is this auction some kind of yoke? if i bid will i end up with egg on my face? i'm not too keen on shelling out for something. i might want to sit on it, lets see what hatches

A: Hi, This is a true auction, I wouldn't egg you on otherwise. This is a once in a lifetime oppertunity for you to own a piece of rubbish I was going to throw away!

Q: has it been "chicked" so it will play back up games ?

A: Chicken (or chips as we up North tend to use) is illegal, I cannot condone that sort of use. Sorry, no chicks, or chips!

Q: have you got a "fry in now" price in mind to end the auction early

A: Sorry, you can't put a value on a true one off item like this. Highest bidder wins the Egg Box 360, why not shell out a few quid and have a go!

Q: I've heard that the processors in these can be easily fried? Is that correct?

A: Hi, Yes that is correct, however there are chips available that are compatible with this!

Q: has this been crak

A: Hi, No, this is completely original. I shelled out for the "free range class A" model so it's the best one. Hope this helps.

Q: hi, Thats excellent, can i have a pint of what you are drinking

A: Hi, Sorry I cannot send pints of this stuff in the post, you may be police or customs! I will however send some "beer tokens" to the winning bidder if the price is right! That way they can enjoy a pint of moonshine whilst imagining what it would be like playing "Jimmy Egg-Whites Whirlwind Snooker"! Thanks

Q: Hi/ very interested could you tell me if the box is phase 1(cardboard) or Phase 2/3 (polyurathane),also what is the interior like.

A: Hi, This is the phase 1 (compressed fibreboard) version, there are plans to maybe release a polyurathane version in the future but there are concerns that they will not be of the same eggcellent quality that this one is. Please remember this is a one-off proto-type and there are no other "official" egg box 360's available. Happy bidding and thanks for looking!

Q: Hi ~ can you tell me if any eggstra's are included with console? Also, if I offered you a buy it now price could you throw in *Chicken Run The Game*? Regards ~ Michael Jackson's Glove

A: Sorry, the auction is just for the Egg Box 360, there are no eggstra's and I am letting the auction finish, you cannot put a buy it now price on such an item!

Q: Hi, Due to high value of the item would i be able to collect in person & pay cash as i don't think i would be able to sleep due to the worry of it getting lost in the post, that is if i am lucky enough to win the item. Many Thanks

A: Thanks for looking at this item, it is creating a lot of interest! If you are the very lucky person that wins this auction I'm sure we could come to some arrangement for personal collection. I prefer motorway service stations with the cash to be delivered in a plain brown envelope, but I'm pretty flexible.... buff or manila envelopes are just as good!

Q: Does this item accept other types of egg. Could I fit say a Duck or Crocodile egg into the Egg Box 360. Is this the most uptodate system available I hear rumours of an Egg Box 360 Elite coming out soon. I don't want to buy a soon to be defunct operating system

A: It just so happens you're in luck! Although I can't promise this system is compatible with every type of crocodile egg it will easily accept most types of duck eggs according to the "observer book of british birds". As for these rumours about the Egg Box Elite, I can confrim they are just rumours! The system in this auction uses the most up-to-date "lion quality" technology therefore will not need to be upgraded (to class A+) for many years to come!
