Bank Refusing Paypal Charges

My paypal account has gone into minus figures because While im buying things ie ebay, the bank is refusing to let any money out even though there is plenty in my account. Ive had an email from paypal saying its nothing to do with them, its to do with me and paypal. Why would the bank refuse money now after I have been using paypal 4 years?

Not quite the same thing, as my bank paid - but they did start a dispute with paypal over something and cancelled their direct debit! All without me saying or complaining to anyone!

Paypal are crap, they dont give you any info on whats going on, then when you phone them, they pass the book onto someone else. Went to my bank not long ago and its showing that someone is cancelling the direct debit between paypal and my bank
