Changing picture size and format

i,ve just simpsonized myself (www.simpsonizeme.com) and would like to upload the image to my k750i, but i,m not sure how, any ideas ?

USe the sony ericsson software that comes with the phone.

is it any good, ive heard they dont do them well.
not as good as characters like they did with tony blair for example.
