Yeah, their tasks could be of a kind nature, such as each week the contestants have to do a task such as set up a donkey sanctuary or raise money for the elderly, with the most rubbish inmate getting voted off. Then the overall winner gets time off their sentance.

The guy whose been posting these videos is actually the Security Consultant. This video has just been upped explaining the concept .
Excellent ideas, but I'd love to know how the prisoners are so compliant? What could be possibly be the punishment for refusing to actively take part?
P.S. Couldn't see this kind of reform going down to well in Portlaoise Prison(Irelands' Maximum Security Prison)!!
