I must have inadvertently pressed something and now when I open threads, I am getting the newest post first and have to scroll down to start at the start of the conversation. Quite annoying. Cant find the setting to change it back.....this isnt "go to first new post" as its on threads I have not even read before

Select 'My Settings' at the top of the page, then select 'Edit Options' from 'Settings and Options' on the left. Go towards the bottom to the 'Thread Display Options' box and select a 'Thread Display Mode' of 'Linear - oldest first'.

Go to My Settings, Edit options, and scroll down and make sure you have:

Thread Display Mode
Here you can choose the display mode for threads. For a full explanation of the modes, please view this help page.
Thread Display Mode: Linear: display oldest first
