i dont live within walking distance and sadly my parents use the drive, but if you look to park in the Kenton area you can jump on a metropolitan tube train one stop to Wembley Park Station which is the one opposite where the old twin towers used to stand........the area is generally pretty safe, park in a backroad with big houses and you should find the car still there when you get back
just look for Kenton Road using HA3 postcode as a search and when you get there just pick any road near Northwick Park Station.....

if you wanted to stay overnight there is a Travel Inn there, forget what price the rooms are but probably around £40-50 a night top price (ie look online and probably get discount pre-booking).....they have a carpark which obviously guarantees you a place to put it thats pretty safe
(and a nice bernie style restaurant/pub too)

Wish I was going - been a fan since the early 90's!

I'd do what we did for the George Michael concert, a couple of weeks back.
Drive to your nearest Underground station and park up for a couple of quid (Watford?).
Then get the tube to Wembley Park.
Piece of proverbial.
And very efficient
