Although if it's your only source of income it may fall under income tax. Best to talk to an accountant, or wait for a tax accountant here to post.

Broadly speaking, if it's a one off personal transaction then there will be no tax to pay. If the gains arise on the disposal of assets then CGT will apply and if you are trading in foreign exchange income tax rules apply just like any other form of self-employment.
