Possibly a Health and Safety issue here

I did try and find the thread banging on about Tescos and out of date (OOD)food, but couldn't. But bearing that in mind, I read this and wondered if there was a potential H & S issue, if they are using O.O.D. food from their own counters then the staff may be putting their 'victims' at undue risk?

I can't quite see the link between rancid food and health issues myself.

Benny Hill summed up the dangers of old food nicely:
'and a stale pork pie caught him in the eye, and Ernie bit the dust-
Poor Ernie'

It's good to see that cutting edge investigative journalism is not yet dead:

Re: Possibly a Health and Safety issue here

Last time I was in Tescos in Worcester (Warndon), I couldn't find anyone who could claim to 'work' there. But that's another story
