Head Aches

I have had a really bad heeadache for 3 hours now and its stopping me from sleeping. I've tried Neurofen, having a cup of tea (normally a cup off tea works wonders) and going to have some night nurse in a bit.

Anyone got any other recomendations?

Re: Head Aches

alcohol stops the chemicals in your brain that create headaches. but not a good idea to drink after taking pills

Re: Head Aches

What about trying water.

I know this sounds like a silly suggestion, but a lot of headaches are caused by dehydration (perfect example is hangover). Try drinking a couple ot big glasses of water to see if it improves.

But then you'll be up peeing all night

Make sure you are drinking enough water through the day. You may be dehydrated.
