Video editing == Cutting crime (don't incriminate yourselves)

Reason #1 for editing video. There are 30,000+ laws in my province.

You won't be videoing long before you catch someone, doing something
illegal. Editing those out can save a lot of hassle. The laws make
almost everything illegal; from seat-belts to rolling stops. Resulting
in some very good video, that will never be shown.

Flaunt the laws on video Day.

Flaunt the laws on video Day.

There should be a day set aside for video law breakers.
J-walking against the light with a disguise. Not wearing
a seat belt and driving from the other side. Whatever.

Just good clean lawbreaking. What fun.

Okay my friend, you appear to have started your narrative in the middle. Your anecdote is intriguing, so please elaborate.

I've videoed a dozen or more political debates / forums, they had political
plants and rigged questions. They are easy to catch.

A drive around town with the camcorder on shows people who are doing
things with someone that they shouldn't. All kinds of legal infractions of
one sort or another.

Isn't videotaping people without their consent a legal infraction of one sort or another?

Sorta maybe.

But a pushy one. They often didn't like me at the political forums doing
video.

There's no jay-walking law in the UK as far as I'm aware.. unless it's naked.

Police do it, governments do it, stores do it, businesses do it.
Candid camera shows do it. the guy on the grassy hill did it.
But there is probably laws against it?

Actually that was the last ticket I got. Next time I'll make a run for it.
On video, what a chase. They would have had to get out of their car.
