The bored at work thread

Does anyone else get as bored as me at work?
So can you suggest anything I can do (other than actually working), read or play on the internet.
Something like the old AVforums gaming arcade would be good.

One slight problem though, we have a filter that stops me looking at most games/interesting sites.........even blocks most of the AVforums pages

Anyway here's my contribution............

The younger guys at work spend hours drooling over online car sales sites.

Re: The bored at work thread

Have you tried some web-based proxies? They'll let you on to any website you want, as long as they're not blocked themselves!

Try:

bypass.technologyreports.info
www.1proxy.info
2233.biz

These have all been banned for us now, but they worked a treat for a while!

I suggest learning something like Linux or programing. There are loads of projects to work on and it doesn't look like you are skyving off.

Re: The bored at work thread

Don't suppose surfing the job market would work? If you are bored maybe time to change.....
