URGENT -how to write a receipt for sale of car/motorbike

Someone is buying my motorbike in the next couple of hours, Please could some one tell me how to right the receipt, what to include or maybe even do me a quick template. Obviously i need to put sold as seen on it somewhere.

i've always used the following:

previous owners name + address (YOURS)
purchasers name + address
price paid
registration plate
vin number
price paid
sold as seen
date

the above in no particular order

id also put the mileage on and get them to sign it

Also dont forget to send that bit off on the V5 too, that says you sold it

Technically you don't have to do anything. As long as you get them to fill in their address and sign the V5 then you will be fine.

But I would just write the reg no, sold as seen, date, value etc. Nothing too involved.

Know it's a bit late now, but make sure you put the TIME on it too. Any tickets on their way home can be attributed to them that way. No arguments!

It went last night, no worries about tickets since it went in the back of a van.
