As a general point it’s pretty pathetic "none of its fuel comes from countries which it believes are supporting terrorism". You could say that in many ways the US actual supports terror in regimes that itself supports for strategic or economic reasons. In which case the garage would have no supplies at all. On the other hand a clever (if somewhat misguided) marketing ploy.
