I used them to price match PX60 at HiFi-Edition.de I have more faith in shops that have showrooms and online sales. Moreover, some of the emails I sent to topvision were never answered. Good thing is that they have local pickup option for some countries.

My emails have also gone unanswered, I have also try numerous times to contact them on the phone, but only to be put on hold.
I tried the Skype link on their website but still no answer.
At this rate my phone call costs will outweight any savings that could be made

Has anyone bought from them though in the UK. They have the PX60 in stock and if you go through the checkout a 3 year warranty.

I ordered a TOSHIBA 37WLG66S TV from these guys monday. Did anyone get a response back from them or have you bought anything from them. I also live in Ireland and am curious what their delivery time is.

Personally I wouldn't touch any online-only company that did not respond to mails or phone calls, however much of a saving they were offering.

I ordered from them 03/04, recieved email confirming order that day, 2 weeks later nothing, emailed them took them about 3 days to answer, recieved the most non-commital email ever, hour later another email arrived saying they had sent my order to the warehouse, 2 weeks after i ordered!

Next day recieved email saying my order would be leaving their german depot @ 17:00, that was last tuesday 17/04

Finally arrived today 24/04, i specified a different delivery address/recipient arrived at my billing address with the other recipients name.

Took 21 days all together, i researched them, mostly german forums that comment on them, seems to be if they have your item in stock you're sorted but if they don't you're screwed, also returns are supposed to be terrible as well.

I couldn't get through to them on the phone either.

I'd definitely hesitate before using them again.

BTW i live in the Republic of Ireland
