Napster problem...heeeelp!

I downloaded a 7 day free trial of Napster, i don't like it and wish to cancel but the thing is I can no longer sign in and the website does not work on my PC anymore. What do I do? They have my Paypal details. I am paranoid and think that miraculously after 7 days it will all work perfectly and they will have taken £9.00 odd for the monthly subscription...

Can you not log onto PayPal and cancel the subs at that end?

I will try that but I want to do it properly through napster just in case they try to make me pay at the end of the trial

If you cancel the subscription with paypal, napster cannot take money from you, but if you also want to close your account/end subscription, then you have to give them a call..

I don't know where to look on Paypal to see where the agreement is so that I can cancel it...anyone know where I should be looking? I feel stupid, normally I can fathom this sort of thing out.

Dont know why people pay for mp3s anyway when the bitrate is 128 on all the sites I have seen. Very poor quality. I will never pay for any music file unless they gaurantee CD quality, but its unlikely as most people cant hear/tell the difference.

Anyway, as per my problem I think you might have to email paypal.
