hi there have downloaded something from the net and laptop is unable to open file how do i do this plz

what type of file is it?

Do you know the extension?

If not right click the file and go to properties, post up what it says

i think they are real files, have you got the lastest realplayer installed?

Edit: these are downloaded and not streamed real content, download the last real player, this should sort it
