Thumbs up Av forums cash for honours?

I was having a look at the Dave P charity auction the other day and it seems to have gone a little quite.

Maybe av forums should take a leaf from the political parties and have some cash for honours fun, with the highest bidder being able to choose a silly title such as "Sir Lawrenzini of Plasmas" or something stupid.

An avforums mug sold for £65 so it could raise some good money?

Just abit of fun anyway, what do people think?

I agree, but I'm skint. I can't even afford Gears of War.

Sir HornyDragon.

Re: Av forums cash for honours?

I think it would be a laugh to have a list of temporary titles to bid for (for a week let's say) sillier the better.

Someone needs to speak to Stuart about the charity auction bit but certainly the custom user title isn't a problem (as you can see)

Re: Av forums cash for honours?

How about a £20 donation to the British Heart Foundation via the DaveP link with the user title of your choice until the 31st January 2007.

Obviously the titles cannot be offensive

Nice one Mylo.

I remember the days long ago when we could specify our title anyway. I used to be an EvilMember.
