How in the hell, did this guy become the president of the most powerful country in the world? What's even more shocking is he managed to wangle a second term in office

Yes but the point was not about him but the one in at present.
In fact if I remember rightly he was the president of the actors union which I do not think he would have got if he was not to bright.
